Organize all the paperwork using eight manila dividers with preprinted tabs. 25 pt. Green pressboard, 14 ¾” W x 10” H overall, 10 per box.

Front divider has preprinted form for mortgage applicant's basic information and an inventory checklist to keep track of documents added to the folder. Includes a manila jacket for smaller papers, certificates or photos and a fastener compressor for tightly binding contents. Flat metal tab in top tab or end tab position has a replaceable insert. Tab Headings: 1-Insurance, 2-Tax and Assessment Receipts, 3-Mortgage, 4-Title Papers, 5-Attorney’s Opinion, 6-Appraisal, 7-Credit Reports, 8-Application. These folders are made in the USA and contain 60% recycled content and 30% post-consumer materials.
